I just got banned for no reason?

Hey i just got banned after like 20 minutes of playing.
The reason was: too many bad words.
I barely even spoke in the chat. and i'm pretty sure i did not use too many bad words.
Time i was banned: around 6:20 PM Amsterdam time
Server: Arena monolith
Who banned me: Not sure. there was an admin online called lori or something. But he/she did not give me a warning or anything.
