(-IMPORTANT-) Subscription discussion, what happened to Thorn and admin horrible behavior

Why are we paying for something that you guys removed?

I don't mind you guys making this pay2win (100k is a LOT of advantage) but pardon my french, but that is "cowmilk", removing something that we were always allowed to use THEN add it with a subscription wall? (Sell function)


Reason on why Thorn isn't a admin now, since he was one gentle man that I know that actually bothered with helping us.



Admin iori, today me and some members of the community were on the server, iori was playing "grenade" snowball fight with some friends of his which I don't have a problem, but he prioritized his fun over helping some newbies with really basic stuff (like why sell function is off and how does the currency work) then after talking about this matter he just bothered to say "IDC" "you are ignored"

As a side note, Psycho has been really friendly to everyone, props to him

Also I would be more than glad to help out with the prices of the new guns, but I need to do early term exams first

Thanks for your support over the months mad, but these are really huge issues.

I would love the chance to have a chat with you that would help with the server's cost and vip stuff that would make you profit while making free users happy

Things like subscription had to be done and i hope it will work. I prefer servers with in game shop that i think balance the game-play, however there were bugs with miller's shop so people could make 100k in 3-5 mins standing still. When i have started playing i had to gather all stuff to sell it and get cash, it was a little extra fun before bug was known.
I would still leave free items (in game coin) shop so people not willing to pay for the game could still enjoy shop system and they could continue playing miller's servers, but i would remove some stuff people could buy for mickcoins and add them to subscription, in my opinion atm subscription still not that effective but it could be more effective with more items that are not free. Just what is most important for me that subscription wouldn't make people way too overpowered so both free and paying players stay happy.
Also i would like to see popularity and population of servers grow up, madmick may figure what to do for it, most of the time servers are full but u may try to do something to increase this number, i played on servers with 40+ people but with ping stable of 50-80. But on miller server when there are too many people (30+) it gets laggy at least for me, ping jumping from 60 to 500 all the time.

You have to work really hard to get a naturally spawned matamorez (which costs over 7k) or you have to kill 700( SEVEN HUNDRED!) zombies to get it just to get shot by that dude that has subscription, that's all fair right?

The problem is when you do that to a sub, and they can just spawn back their gear and fight back till they are dry on money.

And that is REALLY unbalanced and the most important thing is
They want us to pay something that was free for us till today

How would you feel if I gave a awesome thing (imagine a irl car) then after a week I said, sorry the car is now mine, but you have the option to pay it now,it feels and IS unfair for us F2Ps (I'm not even a F2P I paid the damn game!)

Scott made the game for you for FREE, you pay for EXTRA stuff, he doesn't take the PEI map off and says "oh yes this map is free but now you have to pay for it"

The ability to use something that others players can't IS pay2win (Sell system)

AND why should mad make profit out of something he didn't made? He is literally using the hardwork of someone, (dude that made the currency script) and that is ILLEGAL.

Cant u understand that servers costs money to host and he should pay for the server by him self so we could play. I really hope what they did is temporary if they will leave only kits which u get only for subscription this will be a bs.
Subscription is very cheap but the problem is this game is played mostly by kids and most of them will not be able to pay for it even if they want.
The main problem is horrible lag when on server 22+ people ping goes from 80 to 700 all the time, unplayable. I would rather host 1 server with 40 players than 5 laggy servers. Hope this also can be fixed.
Also u can play on this server for free, but if u want extra things, u buy it for money, 99% F2P games has this future.

I would like to have it like this:
Subscription let you buy items that u cant buy for mickcoins, for example rail-gun, rocket launcher,(and many other stuff i cant think of now) . I would overall make best guns from each category (rifle, sniper, smg, pistol etc)to be included in subscription, and other stuff should be for coins or free. (Dont forget that u will be able to obtain those subscription items anyway by pick up from dead subscriber or as a normal loot from zones on the map.) Also subscribers would get constant amount of coins each time they subscribe so they will skip this looting process and wouldnt use their time on farming coins. This would specially be a great thing for people that dont have much time to play so they could just buy stuff for coins and play. Also they should receive EXP like for example 5k exp when they subscribe, yes exp makes you overpowered when u got skills on max, but soon or later u will die and u lsoe half so its not a big deal even if u had 5k exp. This could catch people to buy subscription. Also other things could be added to subscription without making subscribers overpowered.
Also i wish they make shop with both buy and sell functional like it was just they have to tweak it because shop was broken, people could make money easily.
But most important try to do something with this horrible lag, its ok to have 700 ping when u building base or something else but its a death when u going pvp and your targets just teleporting. Atm they made Washington 32 slots but people just leave when its around 25 online cuz of lag.

And for the end i hope they read these posts and words are not wasted for nothing, i would actually like admin to join conversation like this one and explain some things that we maybe dont understand.
I 100% sure madmick cares about his servers and i hope he finally will give any information about what he got on his mind.

You have around 0.2% chance of a rocket spawning, but hey subs can spawn it in the spot since they make ludicrous amounts of money.

I'm gonna give you a example since you didn't understood, let's imagine I'm a league of legends player, I have this option to pay for a champion for 9999999 ip or I can pay five bucks to get it, is it possible to get 9999999 ip? Fucking yes, is it likely that you will achieve that amount? No. Just because you have a option to do something, it doesn't mean it's a viable option, it just exists just to claim you can get it.

Gonna tell you a quick system of sub that works.
1 step- DO NOT REMOVE SOMETHING THAT WAS FREE FOR US AND THEN POST IT AGAIN WITH A PRICE TAG ON IT (Sell function

2 step- Give them something that make sub players not completely overpowerer the "f2p'ers" (I paid for the game) like unlimited building materials, access to every kind of clothes, option to start with extra xp.

Was free before?? Subscription didnt exist before what are u talking about??? only 4-5 days ago they have added kits to the server which u pay for.
U can still buy items and im also upset that sell is temporary removed but there are other shop servers where u can play meanwhile until they put sell function back.
If they decide not to let people sell those people who played this server will move to another, and new people will come. Its not big deal for them.
Subscription doesnt make players overpowered at all, only admins like lori who babysit those players and give them extra stuff like exp, vehicles and so on makes them overpowered.
Also im not against you at all, just in OP u require way too much from them. And i want shop back too.

Hehe guys didnt know you were all this into millersworld to get fussed up like this. Right chaps from day one I have paid for and built up Millersworld. You might not see me in game all the time but you can be sure I work on the servers everyday. Especially when there was an update every day. As we have grown it is only right I at least try and make the servers pay for themselves. I have never and will not run millersworld for a profit and have always supported the community on what it wants from the game. The subscription model is a look into how we can get funding for bigger servers without money from my pocket. You may see admins in game but remember all the forums, website and servers are built and run by me. There has always been a donation button on these forums and it has never been pressed by any of you. So let me ask you guys, what have you done for millersworld lately? As for larger servers we have come to the point where we need to move to dedicated servers, as the two I pay for in Canada along with the two I pay for in Holland aslo with the one I pay for in L.A. seem to not fulfil your needs. Also mayby id like a bit of recognition to all the hours I put in everyday to ensure we have servers to play. What I would like to see is more involvement from the player base instead of me doing it all and getting shit for doing it. Let me know if you have any ideas and if you dont choose another server!

Well finally u back and i hope u will success on your plans. However if u read my posts u have seen that i suggest putting more items to subscription. This what u get for 3 dollars is totally worth it, but if u have added more items to subscription u could put higher price on subscription. I know im just a player but i would really redo subscription a bit.
Also once u said u run i think 9 or 11 servers, could u tell me which game servers it is? Does it really worth it to have all these servers online?
Also how u think server will look like? Will it have a shop or will u remove the shop completely and leave only kits?

Ive been here all the time, as for the subscriptions we will review them mayby bringing back shop in full for free players and leaving kits and amounts of mickcoins for subscribers. As for the issues with the pricing structure on the shop I should have it balanced, I have changed bugs as soon as there brought to my attention. I have dropped the amount of servers we host with the ones left running mainly on there own vps. I have been looking to purchasing a dedicated server but would mean all servers would run from the same location. As for lag issues I can only suggest dropping the server ping limit but this would cut out alot of our players. If u dont live near holland, quebec or L.A ur distance when connected to the servers causes the lag. Any ideas on how to improve this are welcome.

Ok so sell has been added back for everyone, new subscription packages will be announced at weekend. They will contain access to differant kits and a set mickcoin amount. I will also reduce prices in the shop to better reflect balanced game play across the servers.
